Data Protection and Privacy Policy

AS-Aero respects your privacy and ensures that the personal information you provide to us remains confidential. In this privacy statement, you can read what data we collect when you use our services and/or products, the purposes for which we collect this data, and how we use it. We also explain your rights, who has access to your data, and how long we retain it. Purposes of Processing and Retention Period

AS-Aero collects and processes your data for the purposes described below. In this regard, we use both the data you provide to us and the data we collect ourselves (for example, regarding your visit to our website). We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or for the period prescribed by law (e.g., the obligation to retain accounting records).

To fulfill our services, AS-Aero requires your name, email address, postal address, delivery address, payment information, and sometimes your telephone number. We are legally obligated to retain your order data for seven years.

Legal Basis for Processing

AS-Aero processes personal data on the following legal grounds:

• consent (e.g., sending newsletters and invitations; collecting sensitive data)

• necessary for the performance of a contract or service

• necessary to comply with a legal obligation

• necessary to pursue our legitimate interests

When personal data is processed based on the legal ground of consent, you always have the right to withdraw that consent.

Disclosure to Third Parties

AS-Aero does not sell your personal data to third parties. We share your data internally with our partners (employees or independent contractors). In addition, we only share your data with third parties for:

• processing your order

• website hosting

• setting up the IT infrastructure

• creating (and distributing) newsletters and invitations.

Our partners and the third parties we use are required to maintain the confidentiality of your data. We guarantee that they have taken the necessary protective measures.

We only share your personal data with suppliers located within the European Economic Area (EEA). Some of our suppliers are located outside the EEA. Therefore, we will only share your data with third parties outside the EEA if they have signed a data processing agreement and can guarantee its protection based on an appropriate resolution from the European Commission (e.g., EU/US Privacy Shield).

Cookies

When you visit our website, small text files called cookies are saved on your computer or mobile device. You have the right to object, free of charge, to any processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
