Context Entirely original electrical installation, never upgraded: domestic wiring, non-certified connectors, automotive switching components. Recurring intermittent faults, battery discharge, unreliable starter.

Work carried out Complete overhaul of the main and engine harnesses using certified aeronautical wiring. Instrument panel stripped, repainted in original colour, and re-equipped. All protection devices replaced with resettable circuit breakers. Full earth bonding review. Provisions integrated for landing light and cockpit USB power supply.

Result Nominal operation from the first test run. Reliable starter engagement, CHT fully operational, intermittent faults eliminated, battery retaining charge between flights.
